KIBAHA EDUCATION CENTRE IS CALLING FOR INVESTORS IN DEVELOPMENT OF ITS LAND

Kibaha Education Centre [KEC] is calling for investors, partners including private enterprises, individual and public institutions to invest in respect of the development of land.

The Centre has developed an investment plan model which marks a strip of undeveloped land for investments which lays between two major roads namely Morogoro trunk and Tumbi. The available land for development in that Strip measures 38.84 Ha along Morogoro Road. In addition to that KEC and has 215.42 Ha of Land which is in South East of Tumbi Regional Referral Hospital that also requires development.

As per Kibaha Education Centre establishment of Government Notice No 2 of 1970 and revised Act No 257 of 2002, mandate and functions, the Centre has investment policy which “among others” is expecting an investor to invest on Social Economic viable projects related to the need of Vision 2025 which has articulated in Five Years Development Pan II (FYDPII) framework of June 2016, which advocate for “Nurturing Industrialization for Economic Transformation and Human Development”.

In light of the above KEC, then through Investment Policy expect an Investor to invest on Small, Medium and High Industries, Shopping centers/Malls, Executive Hotels, Computer Lab, Training Institutions, Conference Centers, Real Estate, Petrol Stations, Polytechnic Colleges and Parking Yards.
