      (a)        Direct Entry Qualifications:

Holder of Basic Medium Course in Food Production from any recognized Institution by VETA.


(b)        Duties and Responsibilities:


  1. To inspect food preparation and serving areas to ensure observance of safe, sanitary food-handling   practices;

  2. To prepare food/meals;

  3. To take care of  kitchen utensils;

  4. Take care of cafeteria and  kitchen utensils

  5. Performing any other duties related to his/her work as assigned by his/her Supervisor
